Notification about a major upgrade to our network and internet services.
Unfortunately this will mean a period of total outtage to our Internet & Network services on Friday 6th June.
This will effect all our clients who have email accounts and websites hosted with us.
We are expecting the outtage to take place from Midday (1pm) until 6pm Friday 6th June 2008, but we strongly advise you to be prepared for the outtage to begin earlier that stated.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but trust you understand the necessity and are able to bear with us during this period.
31/03/2008 We are currently experiencing
major outtages with our network provider. Our connections are intermittant, but hope to have these resolved soon. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
13/03/2008 (Evening) There will be a
short outtage to all network services (email & websites) as part of a planned
replacement of
network hardware. The outtage is expected to last no longer than
15 mins. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
We are currently planning
outage of email services for part of the
weekend commencing 20/10/2007. We are upgrading our
email server with the
latest software and
anti-spam filters. We will also need to transfer all our customers mailboxes and accounts to the new machine and feel it is best to close down the service until it is up and running. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
