Included in our Litho department is another specialised machine - our Heidelberg GTO 52. Its operations are invaluable to the company, and include short run single colour envelope overprinting (DL - C4) and numbering anything from a single number on an invoice sheet or NCR set to 6 figure security numbering.
It is also used for various perforating tasks (including microperfing) to create tear off slips or reply cards on many stocks from NCR paper to 300gsm board. Specialist Security printing is also carried out with great care and attention to detail; split duct work is a speciality (the printing effect seen on cheque books and parking permits especially).
