about hand assembly & collating

All our collating and print assembly is done by hand. Most typically, we will be asked to collate the pages and thumb index dividers for inclusion in ring binders. This is usually a 3-part operation – collate, drill and insert. Other projects may be finished by inserting into an envelope, poly bag or box, and will often be hand glued or taped in some way. 

We often work on more unusual bespoke projects for high profile clients – one of our more interesting being hand assembling boxes containing flower bulbs for a mailing!
